FS Casino terms and conditions for players

These terms and conditions govern the use of FS Casino, an online casino and sportsbook available through a single account. By opening an account, you accept the version of the terms published on the website at the time you use the service.

Operator and eligibility

The service is operated by Intelligent Innovations N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 142065 and licensed under licence OGL/2024/767/0360. This is not a national licence in Poland or in other countries with their own licensing systems.

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and the law of the country where you are located allows you to take part in online gambling. It is your responsibility to check these rules. Using the service where online gambling is prohibited is not allowed.

Your account and verification

Each person may hold only one account. Additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses on them cancelled. Your details must be accurate and kept up to date, and your login details must not be shared with anyone.

We may ask for an identity document, proof of address and proof that a payment method belongs to you at any time, especially before a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. No-deposit offers also require phone verification by SMS within 5 days of registration.

Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

You may only deposit your own funds using payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals are made after verification to the method used for the deposit. If your turnover before a withdrawal is lower than twice the amount deposited, we may deduct 20% of the withdrawal. Accounts whose total withdrawals exceed 20 times their deposits are limited to 5,000 EUR per 30 days.

Each promotion has its own terms, which take priority over these general rules. Only one deposit promotion can be active at a time, offers must be activated or codes entered before depositing, cash bonuses are wagered with real money and expire with related winnings if not wagered in time, and free spins work only in the game named in the offer.

Prohibited conduct, complaints and changes

Fraud, multiple accounts, using someone else's payment methods, collusion, exploiting technical errors, bonus abuse and circumventing restrictions are prohibited and may lead to the cancellation of bonuses and winnings, account restriction or closure. Game outcomes are determined by the games and their providers' rules.
